At Sawtry Marquees we take our Health and Safety seriously.
Installation and Removal
We take all precautions to ensure that there is no risk to the staff constructing the marquee as well as any risks involved for yourself or any members of the public who are nearby. We have Risk Assessments and Public Liability Cover, which we are happy to produce for you.
Hire duration
Before we leave we ensure that the marquee is safe for use and secured down in case of bad weather. We will run through these safety features with you.
Marquee Styles
We have two style of marquees. Our 3m and 4m party tents and our 6m and 9m wide Clear Span marquees.
3m & 4m Party Tents
These are installed using a combination of stakes and water tank weights (as in the below images) to ensure that the odd gust of wind does not spoil your day.
6m & 9m Clear Span Marquees
These are installed using either 2′ or 3′ long stakes in each of the frames feet, or where grass or gravel is not an option we use 350l water tanks weights. (as in the below images)
